RETURNS & REFUNDS

Changed your mind? No problem.
You can return your order within 14 days for a full refund, or within 21 days for an exchange or credit note.

Please ensure items are:

  • Unworn and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Returned in their original packaging.

 

Non-returnable items:

  • Items returned after 28 days.

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

  • Sale items.

 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll email to confirm approval.
Approved refunds are processed within 2 working days back to your original payment method.

If your refund hasn’t appeared after a few days, check with your bank or card provider — sometimes they take a little longer to process. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us at admin@indigowares.com.

You’re responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked or insured service for items over £40, and keeping proof of postage.

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged.
If you’d like to exchange for the same style, please email admin@indigowares.com before posting back your item.

 

HANDMADE DISCLAIMER

Every Indigowares piece is 100% handmade using artisan techniques.
This means that slight variations in colour, stitching or texture may occur — these are part of each piece’s story and uniqueness.

Care tips:

  • Hand wash in cool water with mild, non-bio detergent.

  • Lay flat to dry.

  • Avoid long exposure to direct sunlight.

  • Never wash in hot water.

We ship all orders via Royal Mail and Parcel Force.

UK Shipping:

  • Standard Delivery: £3.95 via Royal Mail 48-hour service.

  • You can upgrade at checkout to Next-Day Delivery if needed.

 

International Shipping:
We love our international customers!
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
