Description
The Indigo Pintuck Dress in Handloom Kala Cotton
Meet a true celebration of heritage craft and mindful living: the Indigo Pintuck Dress. Spun from 100% organic, handloom Kala cotton – an ancient, rain-fed textile renowned for its low environmental impact – this dress is as kind to the earth as it is beautiful to wear. The fabric’s natural, tactile texture perfectly complements its rich, captivating colour, which is achieved through traditional, natural indigo dyeing techniques at our friends’ farm, Tarai Blue.
Designed for effortless, everyday living, this piece features delicate pintuck detailing at the neckline, bringing a touch of structured refinement to its breezy, relaxed drape. Every thread tells a story of conscious creation, meaning that when you wear this dress, you are directly supporting generational artisans and the slow fashion movement.

Care & Artisan Notes
Care Instructions: Hand wash gently and separately in cool water. Because this dress is dyed with natural indigo, some initial colour transfer is normal. We highly recommend washing it on its own for the first few cycles.
The Beauty of Slow Fashion As this garment is woven on a handloom and naturally dyed, you may notice slight variations in colour or weave. These are not flaws, but rather the beautiful, authentic signatures of the human hands that crafted your dress.
