Dyed in indigo; we recommend washing your hand-dyed indigo dress by hand or on a cool delicates cycle in your machine. Use a non bio detergent. Do not soak, bleach or tumble dry. This will effect your garments colour depth and fibre longevity (this is generally true with all garment care btw)
Line dry. Hot Iron. Store out of sunlight.
The block printing in this collection is specifically created using hand carved wood blocks and dabu mud printing techniques. Once the mud has dried in the hot sun, it is then dyed in indigo, dried again, then finally the cloth is washed to reveal the unique block printed patterns. Truly unique due to the block printed artistry.

We ship all International products through Royal Mail International Tracked. If you require faster shipping please ask for alternatives and we’ll be happy to help.
Indigowares is NOT responsible for customs duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. These charges come from your country during importation of your package.
Changed your mind? No problem, you can return your items up to 14 days for a full refund. You may return within 21 days for an exchange or credit note. Items need to be returned in original packaging and original condition with tags.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially cleared.

RETURN SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Indigowares, 4 Saxon Road, Wheathampstead, St.Albans, Hertfordshire, AL4 8NY. United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance/ PROOF OF POSTAGE. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
