We have a few in each colour. This is a test run batch for next spring summer.

Batik was found at our Khadi fabric shop in Rudrapur, India. ( Khadi mean handwoven)

We buy lots of different things from him and when something catches our eye we can’t resist making something from it.

This moss green pattern has a lovely mid weight to it.

Each one is a masterpiece, a work of art crafted from 

the batik wax process that has left the crackle patterns.

Indigowares is NOT responsible for customs duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

Changed your mind? No problem, you can return your items up to 14 days for a full refund. You may return within 21 days for an exchange or credit note. Items need to be returned in original packaging and original condition with tags.

Additional non-returnable items:
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially cleared.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is cleared.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@indigowares.com

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Indigowares, 4 Saxon Road, Wheathampstead, St.Albans, Hertfordshire, AL4 8NY. United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance/ PROOF OF POSTAGE. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
